Pride in creating quality pieces is our crafters' guarantee. In case of workmanship or structural defect, either correction or replacement will occur, to be determined by The Amish Craftsmen Guild II and the crafter or the manufacturer of PolyLumber.

Packaging and shipping to and/or from is solely the responsibility of the consumer. An original receipt must accompany the merchandise. Warranty is limited to workmanship and/or structural defects and is not valid if consumer neglect or abuse has occurred. Warranty is valid for five (5) years from date of purchase for residential use and three (3) years for commercial use.

We will not be responsible for failure of furniture performance caused by unreasonable neglect or abusive use.

Warranty is void if a person or company makes design alterations or repairs on products without prior approval by the manufacturer of the material, polylumber, or the Amish Craftsmen Guild II or the crafter.

 

Terms and Conditions
 

All custom merchandise is non-replaceable and non-returnable.

All return stock merchandise and orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the furniture and products, and the special challenges of communication due to the religious requirements of the Old Order Amish, all shipping and delivery is done ASAP, determined by the Amish Craftsmen Guild II and the crafters. Usually no more than 60-90 days from date of purchase. Most often within 30-60 days. Amish Craftsmen Guild II cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Amish Craftsmen Guild II is responsible for curbside delivery only! Amish Craftsmen Guild II is not responsible for the setup of delivered pieces.

Amish Craftsmen Guild II is held harmless against any claims or liability of the use or misuse of purchases merchandise.

Orders delivered to Wisconsin will have a tax on delivery service.

Small and tiny air pockets are naturally occurring when polylumber is cut. Amish Craftsmen Guild II nor the crafter is responsible for naturally occurring air pockets. Air pockets and edging wrinkles are unique characteristics of each polylumber piece.

Knots and curves and color striations in hickory and other woods are naturally occurring and add to the uniqueness of the handcrafted pieces of furniture. Amish Craftsmen Guild II nor the crafter can be responsible for such occurrences unless specifications have been clearly predetermined and written when ordering individual pieces of furniture.
